Getaway: Find Peace Within – Meditations to Connect with your Heart

  June 19 – 21

Me-time! Enjoy a relaxing weekend in the middle of nature, in the quiet and beautiful environment of Schloss Sommerswalde. After the vegetarian dinner you start with a guided relaxation meditation. Simple but effective meditations from the Buddhist tradition help you to connect with your potential for inner peace. Through meditation we learn to let go of exhausting mental pressure, to relax on a deeper level and to recharge our batteries.

In total we will practice three breathing meditations from the Buddhist tradition, which lead to deeper experiences of inner peace and which you then can practice back home. The inner peace that Buddha speaks of is a peace that is independent of external circumstances and can therefore only be found in our mind, in our heart. The perfect start into the new week!
