Getaway: Meditations for a Clear Mind

  July 17 – 19

 – Take part on site or via Live Stream at home –

Me-time! Enjoy a relaxing weekend in the middle of nature, in the quiet and beautiful environment of Schloss Sommerswalde. After the vegetarian dinner you start with a guided relaxation meditation. Simple but effective meditations from the Buddhist tradition help you to connect with your potential for inner peace. Through meditation we learn to let go of exhausting mental pressure, to relax on a deeper level and to recharge our batteries. The perfect start for the new week!

Meditation on the clarity of our own mind is the focus of this course. This meditation is derived from the Mahamudra tradition, but can be practiced by anyone. It is one of the best methods to develop mindfulness and concentration. Dive into the silence and clarity of your own mind and experience its natural purity.
