Meditations for a meaningful and happy life –
the mirror of Dharma

Meditation and lecture evenings with advice suitable for everyday life on how to give our lives a
deeper meaning and inner problems like uncontrolled desire, anger and ignorance
can solve.
We are very pleased to be able to offer this special five-week course, which is based on the new
Book of Honor Geshe Kelsang Gyatso, “The Mirror of Dharma”. Gen Ananda is
inspiring and practical explanations, which he presented at the fall festival in Arizona
has received.

Gen Ananda, is the teacher at the Tharpaland Kadampa Meditation Center and has been teaching meditation and Buddhism for over 20 years. He has been the national spiritual director of Kadampa Buddhism for Germany since 2003 and is valued for his deep, practical understanding of the teachings of Buddha.
