The confidence to be able to change you

  • 05.12. Become the one you want to be: introduction to emptiness.
  • 12.12.  Mediation about the emptiness of the I.
  • 19.12.  How to go through life with ease.
Buddha’s teachings turn our normal views upside down. For example, we usually think that “problems” are something bad, and that “suffering” must be avoided. But if we become meditators of the training of the mind (Lojong), we will quickly realize that our problems do not stand in the way of a fulfilled life, but that they can be the way to a fulfilled, happy life. The meditations on taking and giving are a powerful and proven tool for gaining inner strength and dealing with every situation – bad health, bad relationships or inner problems of fear and oppression.

Explanations and meditations are based on the practice text How we transform our lives by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche.

This course is suitable for everyone, from complete beginners to experienced meditators.
