We are all united by the desire for good relationships. But expectations and demands do not make it easy to be satisfied with others, which in turn leads to too much conflict potential. 

In this series we get to the bottom of our relationships and get to know explanations and meditations from the tradition of Buddhism that connect us more deeply with our pure potential. To be naturally balanced and positive within, and to build and maintain healthy relationships! 

Explanations and meditations are based on the practice text How we transform our lives by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche.

Gen Ananda is the teacher at Tharpaland Kadampa Meditation Center and has been teaching meditation and Buddhism for over 20 years. He has been the national spiritual director of Kadampa Buddhism for Germany since 2003 and is valued for his deep, practical understanding of the teachings of Buddha.

This course is suitable for everyone, from complete beginners to experienced meditators.
