Post-Spring Festival Retreat:
Meditations that make us strong
29 May – 3 June, 2020
Practical meditations from the tradition of Kadam Lamrim that are powerful, simple and life-changing. The focus of this retreat is on training in universal compassion, which is the essence of spiritual training and a state of mind that gives us much energy and joy. The meditations are practiced in conjunction with the Yoga of Buddha Vajrapani — to develop a special inner (or spiritual) power. They can be practiced by anyone and give us a good foundation for finding peace, strength and happiness in our normal, stressful everyday life. This retreat is perfect for anyone who wants to deepen practical experience in essential meditations from Buddhist meditation.
