A life with less stress and pressure is possible! Meditation is a simple and effective method to relieve stress, restlessness and other negative emotions. You will learn how to react more relaxed, peaceful and positive to everyday situations.
The advice and exercises come from the ancient wisdom of Buddhism. They help you to recognize and dissolve the inner origins of our emotions. Gen Ananda will lead a meditation, give a practical lecture and answer any questions you may have. The event is open to all. Everyone is welcome, with or without previous knowledge!

Gen Kelsang Ananda is the Resident Teacher of Tharpaland Kadampa Meditation Center (Tharpaland KMC) near Berlin. He is a modern Buddhist monk and very experienced teacher of the New Kadampa Tradition and has been engaged in the study and practice of Kadampa Buddhism for 23 years under the guidance of Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche. He is also Resident Teacher at the Kadampa Meditation Center Berlin and National Spiritual Director of the New Kadampa Tradition in Germany.
Gen Ananda has many years of experience in teaching Buddha’s teachings of Sutra and Tantra. He is known for his good heart, deep practical understanding and accessibility.
