2019 – Learn to Meditate in half a Day
Meditation Workshop in German
On this course we learn simply meditations that help us to find inner peace. When we are peaceful we are happy and we experience our relationships as meaningful and harmonious. The meditations we learn can be practised at home at any time. They help us to take a break and give us strength to cope with the challenges of life. This course is guided by an experienced Meditation Teacher and is open to everyone. It consists of 2 sessions with time for questions and discussion.
