Workshop: Love, desire and relationships

22. November │ 14:30 -17:30 │ 2 Sessions

Participation on site or online possible!

Heart without pain – is that possible? Love is the source of our happiness in life and apparently at the same time the reason for our greatest emotional injuries. This is because we normally do not succeed in separating love from attachment. In this course you will learn to identify desiring attachment and to distinguish it from real love. Gen Ananda will teach practical methods for freeing ourselves from sticky, emotional attachments to others, and for promoting pure, loving attitudes. This leads to stable, fulfilling relationships – our mind remains peaceful and unharmed. Everyone is invited to join this course with meditation!
