In everyday life, it is usually very difficult to calm down and enjoy the moment. Our mind is constantly grasping at things that are long gone, or worrying about what will happen in the future. Buddha taught in the Sutra King of Concentration: “All created things are unstable.” On this course, you will learn the meaning of this teaching and practical techniques to learn to let go and progress inwardly with this understanding of the impermanence of all things.

Gen Ananda is a German Buddhist monk and long time student of Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche. He is the Resident Teacher in Kadampa Meditation Centre Berlin and the National Spiritual Director of the New Kadampa Tradition for Germany, Romania and Slovenia. Gen Ananda has been a student of Geshe Kelsang Gyatso for over twenty years and through his own experience of Dharma is able to teach clearly Buddha’s teachings of Sutra and Tantra. He and is known for his good heart, inspiring example and deep practical understanding of the Dharma teachings.
