Spring Retreat with Gen-la Kunsang

  Mai 29 – Juni 03

Join the retreat at Tharpaland KMC or at home online via Live Stream or get 7 day access (until 10.6.20) to the teachings!

Due to current circumstances, Gen-la Kunsangs teachings and meditations will be transmitted to Tharpaland KMC via live-stream.

Practical meditations from the tradition of Kadam Lamrim that are powerful, simple and life-changing. The focus of this retreat is on training in universal compassion, which is the essence of spiritual training and a state of mind that gives us much energy and joy. The meditations are practiced in conjunction with the Yoga of Buddha Vajrapani — to develop a special inner (or spiritual) power. They can be practiced by anyone and give us a good foundation for finding peace, strength and happiness in our normal, stressful everyday life. This retreat is perfect for anyone who wants to deepen practical experience in essential meditations from Buddhist meditation.

This retreat will take place in the beautiful surroundings of Tharpaland, Schloss Sommerswalde,  if there are no other longterm restrictions due to Covid-19. However, Gen-la Kunsang will not be able to come to Germany from Edinburgh (Scotland, UK) due to the Covid-19 situation. Therefore the meditations and teachings will be transmitted live from her to the meditation room in Tharpaland.

Alternatively you can book this retreat as a live stream to join the retreat at home or as a link with access for 7 days.

Gen-la Kelsang Kunsang is a highly experienced, well-respected senior Teacher and has been a close disciple of Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche for more than 25 years. She is also the National Spiritual Director of Italy, Austria and Switzerland and demonstrates an extraordinary and inspirational example of a modern-day Kadampa practitioner. Her teachings are powerful and clear.
