Food for Thought

A special night out with relaxing guided meditation followed by a delicious home cooked vegetarian meal (may contain dairy and/or eggs). Because Food for Thought is a special set menu, we are unable to cater for special dietary requirements. If you are unsure whether the meal will be suitable for you, please contact Reception to enquire before making a booking.
 
20€ per person and requires a 10€ deposit – please book in advance below.
 
The evening begins with a simple, guided meditation to bring a sense of inner peace at the end of a busy week. Put the stresses and tensions of daily life behind you and enjoy an evening of relaxation with a tasty, home-cooked, vegetarian meal, with recipes from around the world, at Tharpaland International Retreat Centre.
