Getaway: Vast space. Meditations on the nature of your mind

  11. -13. December

Attendance only online!

Mahamudra short retreat. “Come! Into the open, friend,” Hölderlin already knew. In order to come to a real experience of clarity and detachment, it sometimes takes some distance from everyday life. The Mahamudra gurus of the past like Mahasiddha Saraha encourage us to glide like an eagle through the inner space of meditation. This is exactly what we want to practice this weekend! We will take the time to focus on our meditation exercises and dive deeper into them, while keeping half-day silence.

Getaway means: out of the city – time for you! Enjoy a relaxing weekend in the quiet and beautiful castle Sommerswalde, surrounded by nature. After the vegetarian and vegan dinner you will receive a retreat introduction. Simple but effective meditations from the Buddhist tradition help you to connect with your potential for inner peace. Through meditation we learn to let go of exhausting mental pressure, to relax and recharge on a deeper level.
