Longer Retreats

Our meditation retreats are retreats in a group, which extend over a weekend and offer you the opportunity to deepen your meditation experience. “Retreat” means solitude in meditation. The focus is on essential meditations taken from the Buddhist tradition. Tharpaland offers annual spring, summer, autumn and winter retreats.
These in-depth retreats are led by renowned national/international Kadampa Buddhist meditation teachers. They are open to everyone.
Enjoy this retreat in the beautiful surroundings of Tharpaland KMC and return to your daily life inspired and refreshed!

WINTERRETREAT: The Heruka Body Mandala – the Essence of Vajrayana

  Week 3:   16. – 22.  Januar

– on site or online –

Guided Retreat. We practice the self-generation practice of Heruka body mandala according to the instructions of the sadhana The New Essence of Vajrayana. This precious practice was written by Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche specifically for people today who have little time but still wish to practice the essence of Heruka Tantra.
