Have you ever wondered what it would be like not to talk and be silent for a period of time? Don’t think it’s possible? Challenge yourself to discover the real freedom to be found in a calm and quiet mind.  Escape the busyness of daily life and experience a short meditation retreat where everyone observes the practice of silence for a day in order to enhance a deep level of relaxation. Learn meditation techniques that will relax, refresh and re-energise you, as well as equip you to deal more effectively with the everyday stresses and challenges of modern day living.

This retreat takes place in the beautiful surroundings of Schloss Sommerswalde, just 30 km north of Berlin. Dress comfortably. Cushions and chairs are available. No previous experience is necessary to enjoy these fully guided retreats ~ everyone is welcome!

In our busy daily experiences we can often become disconnected or closed towards others in our life and feel isolated and lonely even when we are surrounded by people. Take time to re-connect to your heart and to heal your relationships using Buddhist meditation techniques and enjoy a new perspective that brings you closer to everyone for a more fulfilling life.
