Whatever problems you want to solve in life and whatever goals you want to accomplish, the place to start is in your mind. Meditation is the key to staying positive and managing life successfully. The ability to overcome distractions enables us to complete daily activities without stress and is the foundation for training in the path of meditation which leads to profound happiness and peace of mind.
Our meditation courses and classes are open to everyone, whatever level of interest or experience, and give people the opportunity to learn more about meditation, Buddhism, and finding peace & happiness from within.
Each class is self contained. So, you can just drop in whenever you can, or attend the whole series if you wish. A Course Card (see below) enables you to attend the whole series at a discounted fee.

Keeping the Peace
A practical 3-week course to end the year peacefully
Learn to let go of resentment and create harmonious relationships based on empathy and acceptance. Based on ancient Buddhist mind training techniques.
- 29 Nov: The Art of Forgiveness
Learn how to let go of blame and resentment and develop a more constructive outlook towards your family.
- 6 Dec: Compassion over Conflict
This class will focus on learning to cultivate a deeper empathy towards the people in our life, gain a better understanding of why they act the way they do and how to stop our habitual retaliation, instead responding compassionately.
- 13 Dec: Keeping the Peace
The final class in the series will show how we can maintain mindfulness of the methods learnt so far enabling us to maintain happy and peaceful relationships.
