Meditation for Health and Happiness
Stuck in unhealthy and unhappy habits? Time for change? Learn simple meditation techniques that can be practised by anyone that give us the confidence and skill to improve our health and well-being by letting go stress and unhelpful habits. By understanding more about our own mind, Buddha’s teachings help us take a reality check on life to transform our self and our relationships in order to find the happy and fulfilling lives we all long for.
Each week we will discover how by integrating meditation into our normal busy life we are empowered to overcome daily problems (including discouragement, distraction & unhappiness). It also helps us to bring about the positive changes in our life that enable us to experience a deep and lasting sense calm and inner joy, as well as improving and creating fulfilling relationships with everyone in our lives.
Each class is self contained. So, you can just drop in whenever you can, or attend the whole series if you wish. A Course Card (see below) enables you to attend the whole series at a discounted fee.

Finding Inner Clarity and Joy; 3 week course with Christoph Fischedick

Healing Relationships through Meditation; 3 week course with Clemens Langner
We all have a natural desire to feel close to others and enjoy lasting relationships that feel satisfying and meaningful. Yet sometimes in our close relationships we end up feeling disappointed, angry or just disconnected from the very people we love. In this 3 week course based in Buddhist psychology we will use practical methods of meditation to repair this sense of distance between ourself and others so that we can experience and maintain a genuine feeling of love which naturally brings healing to all our relationships. Everyone is welcome.
