Our meditation courses and classes are open to everyone, whatever level of interest or experience, and give people the opportunity to learn more about meditation, Buddhism, and finding peace & happiness from within.
Each class is self contained. So, you can just drop in whenever you can, or attend the whole series if you wish. A Course Card (see below) enables you to attend the whole series at a discounted fee.

It may feel sometimes as if our lives are stuck, but in fact, we can change things. How? Because the way we experience the world depends entirely on our states of mind. Buddha’s wisdom teachings on the nature of reality help us to understand that when we change our mind we literally change our world.
In particular, understanding the powerful interplay between karma and reality, between how things appear and how they actually are, frees us from old painful habits. We also discover simple but effective techniques to clear past negativity, thereby empowering us with the freedom and skill to create the very best life we want.

Becoming the Person We Wish to Be
An Introduction to the Joyful, Imaginative Path of Tantra
In this 6 week course we embark upon the explanation of Buddha’s extraordinary teachings on tantra as presented in Geshe Kelsang Gyatso’s book Modern Buddhism. Geshe Kelsang has shown how we can integrate these powerful techniques into a modern daily life. Tantra is based on a deeply inspiring vision of what the human mind is capable of achieving. In this ongoing series we will learn to connect to this joyful and imaginative vision and tap into an understanding of limitless possibility. We will discover how to let go of our ordinary self-limiting perceptions, how to transform both problems and enjoyments into our spiritual training and inner growth and therefore how to fulfil our deepest wishes and begin to become the person we wish to be.

Keeping the Peace
A practical 3-week course to end the year peacefully
Learn to let go of resentment and create harmonious relationships based on empathy and acceptance. Based on ancient Buddhist mind training techniques.
- 27 Nov: The Art of Forgiveness
Learn how to let go of blame and resentment and develop a more constructive outlook towards your family.
- 4 Dec: Compassion over Conflict
This class will focus on learning to cultivate a deeper empathy towards the people in our life, gain a better understanding of why they act the way they do and how to stop our habitual retaliation, instead responding compassionately.
- 11 Dec: Keeping the Peace
The final class in the series will show how we can maintain mindfulness of the methods learnt so far enabling us to maintain happy and peaceful relationships.
