On this weekend Kadam Bridget Heyes will give teachings on how we can truly live a happy life by integrating practically and joyfully the profound teachings of Buddha into our busy daily lives.
Kadam Bridget is the resident teacher at Nagarjuna KMC in England and the NKT-IKBU National Spiritual Director of the UK. She is a senior student of Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche who has been practicing for over 20 years. Kadam Bridget is known for her powerful teachings, compassionate heart, and deep understanding of Buddha’s wisdom advice. Her teachings are exceptionally clear and she presents profound ideas in a way that are easy to practice and integrate into daily life. As a mother of two, she has a special insight into how to bring Buddhism alive to meet the demands of a busy modern life. Kadam Bridget shows an inspiring example for everyone on the spiritual path.

Arrival at Tharpaland: Registration opens on Fridday 15th June at 4.30pm and the retreat ends on Sunday 17th June with lunch.
