Drop In Meditation Classes in Stranraer

Kelsang Shri Weekly drop in meditation classes teaching basic meditation. The purpose of these classes is to help people to gain personal experience of inner peace, to overcome their daily problems, and to find real happiness in their hearts.

Kelsang Shri has been studying and practising Buddhism for over ten years. Her deep experience of meditation, and her gift of story telling make her classes easily accessible and deeply engaging for all her students.

The classes give practical advice and simple yet profound techniques that can easily be assimilated into our western way of life. The classes are suitable for everyone from beginners to experienced meditators.

You are welcome to attend at any time as each class is self contained. Each class includes a talk, a meditation and time for Q & A.
