Drop In Meditation Classes in The Borders

Weekly drop in meditation classes teaching basic meditation. The purpose of these classes is to help people to gain personal experience of inner peace, to overcome their daily problems, and to find real happiness in their hearts.
Kelsang Yangdon teaches the classes in the Borders, She is a Buddhist nun who has been studying and practising Buddhism for over seven years. She is renowned for her deep and stable practice of meditation, her ability to integrate the teachings into daily life, and her insight and compassion towards others. The classes give practical advice and simple yet profound techniques that can easily be assimilated into our western way of life. The classes are suitable for everyone from beginners to experienced meditators. |
You are welcome to attend at any time as each class is self contained. Each class includes a talk, a meditation and time for Q & A.
